My own favorite "available" scenario would be:

*HC - Cam Cameron 80% / Ken Whisenhunt 20%

*OC - Pete Carroll 55% / Steve Mariucci 45%

*DC - Dom Capers

Note: I know some of them are not available, but with the word available I mean, that they could potentially give up their current jobs (respectively) to step up...

Cam Cameron-HC

OC-not sure but someone who will work with cam, and Cam would be highly involved, so not sure how much this position really matters in the end

OL-Houck

DC-Capers

Despite the Carroll thing, I'll play along:

HC: Ron Rivera (of the Bears)
OC: Pat Shurmur (of the Eagles -- yes, that means the west coast offense)
DC: Brett Maxie (of the Falcons)

I think the OC is a good one, and the DC seems like a pretty good pick to me. He coached for the Panthers, Niners, and Falcons and has a background of coaching the secondary, where our DC will need to spend most of his time.

I assembled this team under the belief that the Bears won't let Rivera take anybody with him.

HC- Cam Cameron

OC- Jason Garrett

DC- Dom Capers

Carrol is a defensive coach, not offensive.

OC (assistant HC)-Mike Martz
DC- Capers

Get the best of both worlds, top notch D and the greatest show under the Miami sun on O.. let the young coach do his thing but dont give him GM rights.. we need 2 seperate entities
