I'm tired of reading through the countless threads of what's going to happen next year with x y and z. So just post it here. Here's mine:

1) If we land in the top 5. Draft D-Brick!
2) Trade draft picks or players, for Rivers.
3) IF Wayne becomes a FA, pick him up. We'll have the money.
4) Pick up a starting calibur DB.
4) Drop the baggage...Boston, Gus or Sage (personally I rather have Gus as a backup), Howard, and Booker...Gave up on all those guys...

I'm a Randy fan, but with all that money, I would expect him to catch at least 3-5 balls a game.

top 5 pick up Leinart. Pick up a Secondary plaer/DT/Off line players/LB core/WR throughout the rest of the draft.

PIck up Peterson, McCallister if Ravens dotn resign him, Hutchinson, Bosche? or whatevre the name was from the lions, and Chavous. then if be, R. Wayne.

Miami will pick around 10th and will trade down while still picking up a potential franchise LT because the position is deep. The trade will net either a low round 2006 first and a 2007 first or a couple of low in the round 1sts in the 2006. The other pick will be used on defense (my preference is DT followed by S followed by CB followed by LB).

In the second round, Miami picks up a C. The remainder of the draft is used on defense.

In the event he is released, Miami may take a look at Charles Rogers. Otherwise, a lesser free agent WR to round out the top 4 and a quality H-back will be the non-QB offensive additions. At QB, Miami will make a play for somebody in the Jon Kitna range. That's right -- I'm suggesting that Miami will end up playing with no more than a somewhat better caretaker QB next year.

Scott Linehan stays around. The offense looks a lot better because the line is more solid and people are starting to get on the same page. The D looks like it takes a step back up front because players are aging but plays a lot better in the defensive backfield.

Miami goes 10-6 to win a wild card berth or possibly even the division and wins a playoff game before getting bounced.

Rest of Season:
Give Cleo Lemon and Manny Wright some substantial playing time in the last three games to see what they have.
Draft:
Trade up two spots to draft Brady Quinn (I'm assuming he'll declare once the millions start calling). Wait for a good tackle prospect in the second since we pick early. Focus on the secondary and linebackers with the rest of the draft. Maybe combo our sevenths to get another fifth.
Free Agency:
Trade Madison for a fourth. Cut Reggie Howard first. Try to keep Booker, Carter, Tillman, and Schulters on the team (maybe Vinnie Hollidary and Gus Ferrotte too, for depth). Get a reasonable contract worked out with Ricky.
If Buffalo doesn't tag Clement, make a hard run at him in free agency. Take a serious look at getting Julian Peterson, and offer a fair contract to Reggie Wayne (i.e. 4 years, 2.6 million per). If Cleo doesn't pan out, and we're uncomfortable with starting a rookie QB right away, then maybe try and get Kitna for a one year deal.

It Is a dream Scenerio, but here it is anyway.......

First Trade Madison for a draft pick, I still love the guy, but it's time for him to move on, Just CUT Howard, Cut Sage, keep Gus and possibly Lemon as backups. Get Kitna, Reggie Wayne, Nate Clements AND Charles Woodson(Although I'd take either/or) in Free Agency.......Get AJ Hawk with our 1st round pick, and the best O-linemen available in the 2nd then BPA for the rest of the draft

Our Roster would look something like this next year.....
QB: Kitna
RB: Ronnie/Ricky
WR's: Wayne/Chambers/Booker/Welker
TE: R-mac
O-line: same as this year but maybe a rookie replacing D-mac if we can get a good enough one

D-line.... pretty much the same
LB's: Hawk, Thomas, Crowder
DB's: Clements, Poole, Daniels, Schulters, Tillman/Bell

Now if we can't get Wayne or another top WR in Free Agency then draft one in round 2 instead of O-line my choice would be.....Jeff Samardzija if he declares and if he's available when we pick. Also if we don't go defense with our #1 pick then get D-Brick, and then go LB in round 2 or Free Agency!!!

kitna just crowds the situation..

their will be a new qb next year.
kitna wont be it.

cry me a RIVERS!

We draft a QB, but not in the first round. Frerotte starts for us next year while the rookie learns.

Chris Chambers stays number 1, Marty Booker number 2.

Poole and Daniels are the starting CB's next year. Howard gets cut.

Zach Thomas and Jason Taylor stay.

No more analysis.

The team defies reason, and swarmed by demons.

Time to shrink heads, and rattle some bones.
