Was watching the postgame show on CBS and Shannon Sharpe teased that Harrington had so many more interceptions since starting than Culpepper, but "at least he's not getting sacked as much!" (Guffaws)

As they went to commercial and the network graphics started coming up, a clearly disgusted Dan Marino was heard saying in the background (quite audibly) "Get rid of both of 'em!"

Looks like The Great One wants us to clean house as well.

Looks like we need too. Culpepper cant read defenses fast enough (not the knee problem). Our WR core couldn't get any worst. We have so many gaps. It will take 3-5 years before we acutally get a shot.

Well since it looks like we will be getting the number 1 pick. Would Quinn out of ND be good.

If we get him, which would be a huge acquisition, I think we should still keep Harrington to start next season, and go the route Cinci did with Palmer. Throwing a Rookie QB right into the fire is rarely a good idea.

But I don't think QB is the top priority in the draft, but if you can get Brady Quinn, I don't see how you can pass that up.

i miss frerotte, you didnt expect much out of him and he delivered so much.

Yeah you guys could use a QB with some of that Patriots touch on him. It would so some good for your club.

Quinn would be a scary thought. I guess if you get the number one overall, you have to take him and deal with trading Daunte/Joey. Howeve,r it owuld be a clear message that we are once again re-building and our defensive stars would most likely go elsewhere.

Not that that is a bad thing, just stating some opinions most likely to be facts.

yea well how was culpepper so good in Minnesota? Is randy moss that incredible? to make a guy get 39 TDs. I dont think so. Culppepper should start vs the Bears.

It's not going to happen. We gave up a 2nd rounder for Daunte. He's not going anywhere.

You don't think QB is a top priority in the draft, do ya? Well, my question is this then: WHEN THE HELL WILL IT BE??!! We haven't had anyone halfway decent at the most important position since Marino retired, and it's still not a priority, eh? There's only one forgivable choice for us other than Brady Quinn: Joe Thomas. That's it. There's no argument. There's no debate. We have a lot of holes, but we have all of our picks, and we can address as many of them as possible in the other rounds. The 1st better be either Thomas or Quinn. No ifs, ands or buts. Period.

I'd still like to see what a healthy Culpepper can do before tossing him aside. The guy put up some monster numbers in Minny. Maybe what we've seen this year is as good as it gets, but we just don't know for sure. Sure is a good thing they passed on that other guy with the bum arm lol.
