Posting Pictures in Photo Gallery

Hey when I go to the photo gallery, I seem to be not logged in, even if I just came from Premium members or VIP site. If I try to login, it says thanks for logging in and I get sent back to Photo Gallery but still as a anon user.

The reason I am asking is that I want to upload some picks to the gallery, and there does not seem to be tab that allows me to do this as an anon user.

I tried it with both Firefox (my default) and then IE 6.0. No luck on either browsers.

Seriously, I want to upload pictures to the site. Surely a mod has an answer or should I post this in Premium section?

It's a compatibility issue between the Photo Gallery and Vb 3.5....We're looking at other photo galleries to install.....
