[h=2]Along with a playoff victory (at least moving beyond wild card game) and these milestones will be very meaningful. [/h]Lots of press for a change.

The Miami Dolphins are 8-6 and pushing for the playoffs. But they also have several terrific individual performances this year.

Here are several players who can hit personal milestones in the final two weeks of the season:
  • Second-year quarterback Ryan Tannehill needs just 373 yards to become Miami's first 4,000-yards since Dan Marino in 1994.
  • Dolphins receiver Brian Hartline needs 75 yards to reach back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons.
  • Miami receiver Mike Wallace needs 133 yards in the final two games to reach his first 1,000-yard season with the Dolphins.
  • Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake needs 1.5 sacks to reach double-digit sacks for the third time in his career.
  • Miami linebacker Philip Wheeler needs five tackles for 100 tackles.

The Dolphins will play the Buffalo Bills (5-9) and New York Jets (6-8) in their final two games.

Wheeler still sucks... LOL.

All of those milestones will be met. Wow, two 1000 yard WRs with a solid contribution from Clay and preinjury Gibson. If you ask me that money was spent well and will only get better as Tanne does. Get used to these WR numbers, we have these guys at least 3 years.

I have feeling tannehill will be targeting hartline and wallace many times this sunday.

Wake should have no problem getting 1.5 sacks vs the bills and jets.

Seriously, when was the last time we've had two 1,000 yard WRs??

Last time was probably Duper and Clayton. Wheeler is a little misleading tho as many of those were downfield when he was carried by the ball carrier fr 6 yards, not to menion the ones he didn't make.

Ozzy rules!!

it was money well spent on gibson, hartline, wallace, grimes and to a smaller degree Ellerbe hes coming into his own its basically his first year starting. but Wheeler was money poorly spent

So true

I guess a GM name I won't mention knew what he was doing all along, and a BILLIONAIRE owner knew what he had in him to keep him around..

If only we had a 1,000 yard rusher to go with a 4,000 yard passer and two 1,000 yard receivers. Next year!

Imagine if Dustin Keller wasn't on IR; and Brandon Gibson. RB is the only issue; perhaps also related to an imperfect O line. I think we would definitely have 10 wins.
