I know one thing out of the HC candidates we've interviewed we sure don't have a "no-brainer" guy that screams "let's hire THAT guy". There's definitely plenty of pros and cons with all of them. In a way, I'm glad I'm not on Wayne's hiring team. There's going to be people that like the pick and others that don't.

Just like with free agents and draft picks, these are the guys that are AVAILABLE here in January 2007. We can't get one of the big name coaches like Cowher or Parcells ... or a guy I think is good coach ... Jeff Fisher. Like Belichick says (and Saban copied) ... "it is what it is". I guess we gotta leave it up to the guys that have done all the research and talked in depth to all the relevant people, etc.

Regardless of who's picked Phin fans especially on here will all be thrilled, just watch. Unless your jumpin off the Phin bandwagon(as if the is one) you have no choice but to embrace whoever it may be.
