Nick Caserio is the Director of Player Personnel for the Pats. I know alot of people want a guy like pioli but the horror stories I've heard from his days in KC make me say no thanks. This guy is 37 years old and has worked under Pioli, Dimitroff, and of course BB. Here is a great article describing his role with the pats published on NFL.com last year. Happy New Year y'all hopefully 2014 is kinder to us then 2013.

Outside of Dimitroff Pats often flounder when they leave the mothership.

Sounds possible but remember that when Philbin left GB supposedly there's some kind of unwritten rule about poaching the other teams staff. Don't know if it applies now, a few years later or what is going on with that.

Well Im sure that Lagerette Blunt and his 300 something yards had nothing to do with victory. One qb no matter how great does not just make wins happen. If anybody thinks Belicheck is not among the best coaches in the league then they are just fooling themselves. nobody is fooling themselves to believe that philbin is a top level coach
