Poucey is the 2nd best rated center in the NFL

How is he in pass protection???

What's so scary predictable and it will be addressed by other teams
is in our 93 run plays (which is 27th in the NFL)

WE RUN
behind the left end 4% of the time
left tackle 6% of the time
center/guards 75% of the time(which is #1 in the NFL)
right tackle 8 % of the time
right end 6% of the time

How long till other teams figure out
3/4 of our running plays go up the middle??

Why are we running behind Colombo more than Long??

We were almost as predictable last season running
behind center/guard 64% of the time(only Buffalo ran more up the
middle than we did at 65%) How did that predictability work out for us last season???
 
Nice we have a franchise C and LT, now if we only had a ****ing QB!!! Good pick tho, that's nice to hear the rookie is grading out.
 
So what...PFF also rated Davis and Smith highly last year...these stats mean squat!

Our guards can't pull so we're stuck running up the middle for the most part.

As for Pouncey in pass blocking he's allowed 1 sack, 0 QB hits and 4 pressures...which is pretty good. Long has given up 4 sacks already this season.
 
Yes, first round linemen usually pan out. Awesome. It was a safe pick and he is as advertised.

That's because they played well last season. Them playing badly this year doesn't change the fact that they did the opposite last year.
 
I dont know about HOFer' but day one I said Pouncey's going to be one of the better draft picks a team like Miami could make. Wasnt sexy...no sizzle,but was completely neccessary.You think our line is bad,imagine having Berger instead of Pouncey,then you tell me how you really feel.


In the end, Pouncey will go down a Dolphin great.

Agree with it all except the completely neccessary part. Probably coulda went with Incognito at center. Wouldn't be surprised if the whole line were better tight now if Richie were the center & Pouncey LG. I do however understand the reasoning for keeping Pouncey at center though.
