Pouncey says the team got the message

Why wouldn't every practice be with high energy and determination to make yourself better. Just makes no sense that all of a sudden there is a sense of urgency. They friggin practice for about 2 hrs and maybe 2 1/2 days a week in the NFL these days and most of the time with no pads and walk throughs. So sick of hearing that crap!! Get men that want to work hard and give it everything they got every single day or get the F out. Don't care who it is anymore!! Rediculous bullshit.
 
This comes back to what Wanny said. The team will get the message that even a star can be cut/traded and this week will be the best practice all year and will beat the Raiders

I wonder if the Raiders got the message that the Dolphins got the message.

My guess is if the Raiders defense blitzes as much as the Ravens did, no amount of messages will matter.
 
Who sends the coaches messages? They need a few memos themselves for letting this behavior persist. If players don't know what they are doing or are not giving their best effort, why are they playing? I think benching should be the first course of action before you start escorting players to the curb.
 
So after 7 games, professional athletes are paying more attention to details???

It's not something you do during mini-camps, preseason and preseason games???

Whoah, I never said that! I do think we're going to beat the Raiders, for a few reasons. But more than anything, the immediate impact of this will be less "Getting the message" and more "Temporary relief from internal conflict."
 
Truth be told, though I like the sound of that, talk is cheap..., When it matters, GET IT DONE !
