The point is that he is causing embarrassment to the Dolphins organization with poor decisions such as wearing a Free Hernandez logo on his hat, hanging out with a suspended player ad talking about it with the media, receiving a grand jury subpoena for possible involvement in gun-running and maybe other more serious crimes.
If the Dolphins really want to clean up their image he needs to go and I believe that Ross will make that decision.
BTW, the Oline played quite well in his absence.
