Here they are, the Power Rankings for week 11. Enjoy
The Drum Roll:
Well another great Dolphins win and yet another day at the LSB. Its going to be such a nice day to be able to watch the game on my own 51” HD TV again.. do hear me CBS?? …sigh.
Well no sooner than I sat in my seat I see Ted Ginn taking it home for a touchdown. What a way to start a game even though it was called back. Just one request Ginn. Please let me get a few Sipps of my drink down before you do that, I just about spilled it on myself…What is that now, 4 TD called back since last year. Poor guy. I think Ted has turned it up that last few games. He seems to be playing with much more purpose now. I guess Sparano threatened to trade him to Detroit.
Ricky Had a great game as well. It was so nice to see him get into the open and turn those after burners on. Brings back good memories.
Props have to go out to the secondary, this unit was our projected weak spot and the last few games have been showing that these guys can make the plays they need to make. Its nice to start seeing that kind of consistancy back there again.
Later and GO FINS!!!!!

Comment: They get Oakland at home, a game they should win, which will set up a huge division game in two weeks with the Patriots. Is that possible?.

Comment:
All the TDs Sunday came on decent-sized drives, Chad Pennington in control at all times. I know it's not really fair, but I guess I'm as curious as the next fan to see how Pennington vs. Favre spins out for the rest of the season.

Comment:
Sure, the Dolphins had to resort to gimmicks to score its three touchdowns in beating Seattle last week. But Miami cleared a pivotal hurdle in returning to the postseason. They have a great chance to ride their easy schedule to January -- so there is some reward for going 1-15, right? Getting that last-place schedule the next year. THIS WEEK: vs. Raiders (2-7)

Comment: I think my favorite quote of the year comes from Courtney Bryan, a Dolphins safety who was cut after training camp but has now been re-signed. Bryan said he took a job at Arby's while waiting to get another NFL job: "It's not like I was broke," Bryan told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. "I was just bored. I couldn't go to the movies every day. I like to work. I have to do something with my time." I hear you, Coutrney.

Dolphins Rank: 18 (+4)
Comment: Let me get this straight: a team that was one overtime period away from being 0-16 last year is suddenly a double-digit home favorite? I don't care if it is the Raiders and if it is the West Coast-to-East Coast travel, something just isn't right about that.
