Power Rankings

Yeah, ok we are going to be worse than the Bears, and the Titans? Right!!!!!!

Well, honestly I would only move us up 1 spot. We were outplayed by the Bears in preseason but they lost Grossman so we should be higher. I think Tenn is garbage but they handed it to us the last time we played. The rankings are irrelevant at this stage anyway. We'll see what happens when the regular season starts. though I'm sure we'll stay slightly lower than we should be indefinitely. No love from espn.

I love the Dolphins but I'm realistic as well. We deserve that ranking. Our offense looks just as poor as last year and our defense is weaker. We are a bad team and thats a fact. Now I'll go cry.

Yeah we have a good chance to be worse than these teams b/c or division is tougher the only team I see that I think we should be ahead of was the
Browns they will move us up if we deserve it$

I would put us ahead of the Bears, Titans and possibly Cardinals. The Cardinals will probably be a mirror image of us this year

How in the world do you put Packers and Bengals up there? I would take Boston over both of their 3rd WR's right now.

Packers I dont get but the bengals are improved from last season. Chris perry has been tearing it up. The offensive and defensive lines look much improved and they have a slew of youth at lb. Their safeties are weak and the lbs will go through growing pains but this is a much better team than last year

Most of the rankings are just based on last years record. If we win against Denver, I'll bet the next ranking will have us move up 5-10 slots. Otherwise, your record is an exact indication how good you are...excuses like lost most games by under 5 pts dont hold water.

Power rankings are pretty much a week to week thing. I have no quibbles with the Dolphins being ranked #30 on this week's rankings. The Dolphins, for better and worse, pretty much deserved the current ranking. It's up to the team to prove the 'experts' wrong by winning games, etc.

Being the optimistic Dolphin fan that I am, I'm sure the team will overachieve and move up in the rankings by the time Ricky Williams gets onboard. The only power rankings I would care about is the end of the season rankings and it would be sweeeet to see the Dolphins being #1! I don't think it'll happen this season, but hopefully in 3-4 years from now.
