Everyone but Jordan Cameron is dressed for practice. Dion Sims is practicing and seems to be on track for Sunday.

Jordan Cameron is the only Miami Dolphin not practicing.

No. He’s not close.

:(.

Why haven't they put J. Cameron on IR? He is a wasted roster spot. If he ever does make it back on the field he'll get another concussion on his first catch (or even attempt to catch) when he gets bumped by the D.

The Jets will try to extend their winning streak to three games in Miami this Sunday and it looks like they’ll be making the effort without the help of center Nick Mangold.

Mangold’s injury isn’t the only one of note on the offensive line. Left tackle Ryan Clady and right tackle Breno Giacomini are both dealing with shoulder injuries and listed as questionable, although coach Todd Bowles said, via Rich Cimini of ESPN.com, that Giacomini is likelier to play than Clady.

Defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson is also listed as questionable with the ankle injury that kept him out of practice Wednesday and Thursday as well as the team’s Week Seven game against the Ravens.

no mangold must mean Wesley Johnson gets the pivot start...no clady not even sure who the backup tackle is they would start in his place

Well here is Armando's take on it but they may need a roster spot soon so push make come to shove..

The Dolphins remain hopeful Cameron can return at some point this year thus they haven’t made the move to place him on injured reserve. Cameron also wants to return to action.

But everyone is agreed this cannot and will not happen until Cameron is 100 percent. And that may take a while longer, perhaps even a couple of weeks more.

Cameron, unavaliable for comment because he is in the concussion protocol, has made some progress since suffering the concussion. He’s also visited with doctors and specialists multiple times to seek reassurance any return to action won’t cause cognitive damage after football.

You can't talk when in the concussion protocol? This league and it's stupid rules.

The only way I would feel Cameron is worth a roster spot is IF we make a late push for the playoffs and IF he can get back to game speed and IF is he is truly better than Sims or Gray then it would be worth saving his spot. I think he is done medically and would rather move on. In fact our run game is so much better without him.

they're keeping Cameron in limbo cause they have no other seam option...in that regard I get it

If Wilkerson cannot go, that changes things scheme-wise for NY. Richardson will slide up to take his spot as the 3-4 DE and they will have fewer options/looks in the 4 man front.

That pushes Mauldin and/or Jordan Jenkins into more snaps on the edge in the 3-4. They have 1.5 sacks between them.

Not exactly bad news for Jay Ajayi or Ryan Tannehill.

Our D-line could have a nice day as well.

I want MarQueis Gray starting at Tight End. Gray + starting 5 OL seem to really get this offense rolling.

I know what we have in Cameron, I know what we have in Sims. Keep Gray in.

We need to get the next great TE.

It's been a problem area FOREVER. It's always hard to use a first round pick on one when other positions are more valuable in the bigger picture but it might be time we invest a high draft pick on one.
