I asked that question- got back a response that he is practicing-

Not to be negative but I don't see how we can count on Hayes to stay healthy for us. He got hurt last year and he's hurt again and he's not a kid either. Too bad too cause he's a very good player.

I'd agree with this right here. This is why I believe the final 53 will have at least one or two players that are not on the roster at this time.
