I thought it was cool to see Culpepper teach Mauia how to run the play and obviously show him were to be. Way to go C-pepp.:ninja:

no matter what some people see Culpepper do, they still want to write him off as washed up so they would not want to be wrong.

I couldn't imagine wanting to see someone fail to serve my own needs. Yet it seems there are quite a few fans here that would rather see Daunte fail then succeed. Here's the choices, Hope he succeeds and we have a great QB who's done some really fantastic things in this league OR hope he fails and we waist yet another high draft pick and still have no real QB in the near future.

I could see us giving up hope he returns if there was ZERO chance he returns to health, but that's not the case. There have been many players to suffer serious knee injuries that have come back to have very successful careers, many of which are running backs a much more demanding position on a Knee then QB.

So for some fans to think Daunte is done, is nothing more then wishful thinking and it's NOT whats best for this team. Thankfully though, Daunte has more heart and determination then a lot of people and he IS doing what he needs to do to return to the field.

With all the issues around the league with players getting arrested and doing drugs, isn't Daunte, his attitude, determination and work ethic exactly the kind of player we need?? One who does the right things for the good of the team?? And this is a guy we should get rid of??

mauia looked huge standing next to c-pep, and it looked like he was lining up in that drill at TE, i'd rather see him play TE, also cleo lemon and john beck should have a good battle for the number 2 spot on the roster

Reagan Mauia looked like he was having trouble running the play a few times... DC even tapped his helmet once trying to encourage him...
