Practice video from Aquavision

Call me crazy or whatever you want to call me for judging from a 3 minute video.. But I see a really big difference in the speed of the players out there when they are moving compared to last year's camp..

I have also never seen so much muscle on a Miami Dolphins team.. Muscles are popping out of their helmets. Our off season training program is going to pay big dividends for us again this year.

Parcells had those boys hitting the weights like crazy this spring and summer. Tony McDaniel was shocked when he came here and said it's so much harder than what they did in JAcksonville.. Eric Green puking every day for his first 4 days into our training program. And all the other stories from players saying the same, including guys like Gibril Wilson who played on a Super Bowl team 2 years ago...

I know for a fact that we are going to be physically stronger than a great majority of the teams we play this year. And in better physical condition.

And that's most definitely what we need. All you hear about the great teams is how physical they are.. the Steelers, the Ravens, etc, they're all EXTREMELY physical and beat offenses to a pulp. I'd say as far as physicality we are finally up there, I mean, everybody on this team got bigger AND faster.. just crazy.

When I was in high school, our football team sucked during my sophomore year.

Then a new coach came in, he was built like a bodybuilder.

He got the school to fund a brand new beautiful weight room. And we all started training our a$$es off.. He also got us to do a ton of box jumps to increase our burst/explosiveness , and special exercises to increase our speed along with getting stronger and more muscular.

I distinctly remember him saying that getting bigger and stronger will make you "****y" on the field.. Bring more swagger to you because you will be so much more confident.. Not bad ****y, but good ****iness on the field.

Those teams you mentioned, the Steelers and Ravens are ****y because they know they are strong..

And I see that happening to this Miami Dolphins team right before my eyes over the past 18 months.. Amazing.

To finish what I was saying before.. We went 6-5 in my junior year, and 10-1 in my senior year... After the team only won one game in my sophomore season before the heavy attention to the off season program we all embraced.

That's why I keep mentioning it's importance in other threads, and in this thread.. Because I have seen first hand what it can do to a team. And do to it's transformation.

Yeah I can see exactly what you mean man. I'm so glad we have the regime we have now, they really are shaping these guys up, and I am almost certain that every person on this team is in the best shape they have ever been in. I've never seen Ronnie so shaped, Ricky is looking bigger, Cobbs looks bigger, Vontae is the biggest 205 I've ever seen, Sean isn't as skinny as he was in college.. man, I could keep going. We're ready to brawl it out for 60 minutes this year.

There's alot of motivation in Miami right now.

Alot of energy.

Alot of drive.

Alot of "swagger".

Alot of confidence.

Alot of stronger players.

It's going to be fun to see them stacked up against other teams this year.

I don't think many people, aside from the die-hard Miami fans like ourselves, really realize what Bill Parcells and Tony Sparano are doing with these players and this team this year. I also don't think they realize how hard the players themselves have been working their butts off and how much it has translated into positive results.

When we step on the field alot of teams are going to get socked in the mouth. Mark my words.
