If anybody doubted Nick Saban knew what he was doing, they shouldn't anymore. The hiring of Mike Mularkey and Dom Capers to run the Dolphins offense and defense were great moves. Mularkey will do a heck of a job on the offensive side and Capers is one of the best defensive coordinators this league has seen. In 1999, his Jaguars unit finished first in the league in total defense. The significance is that it was a unit that really didn't have a lot of talent. Capers schemed that group to a great season. He's one of those guys who might make a better coordinator than head coach. That's not really a bad thing, either. Some guys are just better coordinators. Saban is building something special in Miami.

Carefull now, dont make his head too big, he wont be able to fit inside the stadium.

This will be a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG off-season. I'm anxious to see the ON-FIELD product that this staff will assemble.

But Capers wont be Coordinator..

if we've learned one thing with Saban as head coach, it's that he just hires people he likes to work with and who he thinks can offer something.

titles are pretty superfluous. he may not be "coordinator" but you'll see capers' hand.

Yeah and if you look at his top 10 in his mock draft, he doesn't have Cutler going to anyone in the top 10. So that leaves St. Louis - No, Cleveland - Probably not, Baltimore - Probably not, Philly - No, and Atlanta - No in front of us for Cutler.. it will surely be interesting.. Let's just all hope that the Jets go with a tackle instead of a QB, that Oakland goes with a LB, Detroit goes Oline or defense, Arizona goes RB and we'll be all set..

man u gotta love how the fins look now.....incredible how in just one year our attitude has completely changed.....

Imagine what happens with one (even two) more Saban drafts similar to the one we just had...

Whats more surprising to me is the fact that this is coming from Prisco......

If I recall, last offseason Prisco wrote in his offseason power rankings that it was going to take years for Saban to take the Fins anywhere....its one year later and you gotta love this quote:

"If anybody doubted Nick Saban knew what he was doing, they shouldn't anymore."

if he's smart, he'll take his own advice....

Also noticed the news about Le Charles Bentley!

That's all right, we got that covered to, have you seen the size of the TV's there putting in Dolphins stadium? :sidelol:

ya know. when people start singing the praises of someone on the dolphins i get scared that it will just turn out to be hype. but theres just something about saban. it just doesnt feel like hype. it just screams legitamantcy. he just keeps making great move after great move. his 1st draft as yet seems sooooo good. it just feels so real.

What I hate about this **** is all the praise Saban gets while the players are mentioned by saying they didnt have much talent. I think that the talent was there all along and that we just played a little better. I mean two years ago we were being talked about as a SB contender then lost ricky and had a bad year then all of a sudden we have no talent. We still had several of the same players.
