I know I will prolly get flamed for saying this, but I think if we bring back JT to add to the corps of wake, joey, channing etc our team will be unstoppable. On offense lets not kid ourselves, we are one big time playmaking reciever away from having an amazing offense. I say we trade our first and third for Boldin, he is proven at the nfl level and young, unlike any other player we could draft late first round. Then we use our two second rounders to take an NT and a CB. Our team would be so freaking good. We have two of the best slot recievers in the league already, and now we would have Boldin(beast) and a burner in ginn. Solid TE and great RB corps along with a solid QB. Our pass rush would be insane to take pressure off our average secondary. Our line is pretty freaking sweet already.

What do you guys think?

forget about JT...he's not playing for us and we will draft an OLB...and no,we're not trading away a 1st and a 3rd for Boldin....I'd like Boldin to play for us but is not going to happen....Parcells will stick to the plan which is to get more pics, not to give picks away.

Ozzy rules!!

As much as I love Boldin and would love to see him play in Miami the bottom line, which as been pointed out all over the net and this board, is this. Penny is not the QB of the future, Henne is or in worse case someone else not on the roster.

If you trade for Boldin now you have a chance of success this season but it falls off greatly in the next three years while developing a young QB. By that time Boldin is 33 years old and lets face it, Jerry Rice he is not, I would assume with his wear and tear he would fall in the to T.O. category of aging given build, size and what is asked of him on the field.

Of course the complete oddity would be if Henne turned out to perform like Big Ben in Pitt and then my whole case goes out the window but that is also a long shot. I think the front office plays the odds and does what they know. No bluffing this time around.

You have to ask is the gamble for the "win now" better then build for the long haul or win three in the next eight. I would personally love to see Miami return to a dynasty and win two or three over so many years then one in the next few and then start showing age again. Just my thoughts from this old life long fin fan...............

I would resign JT for a good price and i would trade our first rounder and camarillo for boldin. I hope we can draft ron brace and darius butler(or another CB) with our second rounder

I dont think we will ever have what most people would call an amazing offense. Its not the style of Football The Trifecta is looking for.

When its all said and done, our Offense will be a run heavy two headed machine (regardless if its with R&R or another tandem), with a strong line, 1 big receiver to keep teams honest, 1-2 secondary receivers for the short efficient Receiving, 2 TE's who not only can catch but can block, and all this will be centered around a very good team leading QB who will not make mistakes and can make any throw that is called of him.

The offensive Scheme will be innovative but definately Run oriented.

My pre-draft hopes involve my cute girlfriend wearing her cut-off Zach Thomas jersey, BEER, lots of nacho's, cheese beef dogs, hot wings, ribs, unplugged phones, BEER, my cute girlfriend out of her cut-off Zach Thomas jersey and .... oh yeah, a good corner, nose tackle, and maybe a line-backer & wide-out. Throw in an o-line guy or two for depth and it's a great day.

So, where's the pictures of this cute girlfriend and her cut-off Zach jersey?

My pre-draft hopes include a good ILB, a pass rushing OLB, 2 CB's and a good WR. Maybe a RB for the future. But I think the LB's and CB's are by far the most important. We got gashed in the passing game last year and our competition is going to be much harder. We have to have a strong pass rush and good defense in the secondary or we will be drafting in the top 10 in 2010.

nice to see that some people still have their priorities straight

When you say he is no Jerry Rice and he is more of a TO. Are you thinking about what you are saying. WHen you say he is no TO do you realize that TO has put up 3 consecutive 1000+ yard seasons, scored 38 TD, and had 235 receptions since he turned 33. So you would not want a To category player on this team. He is still producing at a high level and higher than any guy we have on this team is capable of . The only thing concerning about BOldin is will his hip become chronic. Will it shorten his career. His stats and ability will not decline for many years
