Predict Ryan's Debut After Injury

This is only the second time in the history of the Dolphins that their entrenched starting QB has had to return from an injury that ended their season. I was at the game in 1993 when Marino tore his Achilles.
The following year there was rumblings that Dan wouldn't be the same. Pre-season he started slowly. But in the opener he had no choice but to ball out. The defense remained as bad as it ended the prior season and Dan was forced to throw for 473 yards and 5 TD's to win the game in the final seconds.

This distant memory made me wonder how Ryan will fare in his debut.

Will he be the hero like Dan was that day?

Truthfully even Tom Brady struggled when he returned from his ACL tear. The Pats were 3-2 in his first 5 games and were really, really lucky on opening night that Leodis McKelvin is a complete moron. Tanny will probably have some rust to shake off hopefully he can do it quickly. All I can predict is if it's not one of the top 3 choices we are going to hear from some SUPER SMART posters we haven't heard from for a while remind us about how they were RIGHT about Ryan Tannehill sucking. Especially if any of the rookie QB's have a good game. This is because of course there is nothing more exhilarating in the world than being RIGHT about what we post on a silly fan message forum, is there?
