You're close. But not quite, sorry but the Bills will not win 10 with a rookie QB, especially not in this division.

The Bills and the Fins will compete for 3rd and 4th, it will be close and will probably be finished 9-7 to 8-8 or maybe will come down to division records to decide who takes which spot.
