we stomp denver by 17 points...

what i can say in reality is that denver may not look at us seriously and look to the following week, in which case we may catch them off guard and do to them what we did to New England last year. Doubtful, because Shanahan is smarter than that, but possible.

Gus 340 yards? Wow. Why do you think you will beat us by 17 points? What will be the keys to the game and what will be your gameplan....just curious.

Your right. Dudeman, what do you think the phins gameplan is. Come out passing and creat the run out of that? Use Mcmike alot? I am a little woried about our ability to stop the run. We haven't showed that well in pre-season. However, our d-line has shown good push and pressure on pass plays.

We gota a steal in Endleberger (sp?) from the niners for Willie Middlebrooks who they just cut. He had like 5 sacks in preseason.

I think if we don't run 30 times, we will have a tough time. Use plummer with alot of PA's and bootleggs.

I don't think the Phins will win by 17. The keys to the game like every other game will be turnovers. If Gus doesn't turn the ball over the Phins have a chance, if Jake doesn't turn the ball over the Broncos are a very good team, so I don't really know what to expect.

I think the fact you need to ask is the Dolphins best advantage heading into this game. We've got tons of film on you. We can pretty much gameplan your team and feel confident that we will know 80% of what you're going to do. Shanahan on the other what film does he use? LSU games? Preseason games? Viking Games? Its gotta be tough on Shanahan because even us dolphin fans who disect every single play have no clue as to what to expect exactly come sunday

I have no idea what their gameplan is other than stop the run, and try to run through Denvers LBs, because they sure as hell can't outrun them.

My guess is that Denver has at least 160 yards rushing with another 115 yards or so passing from Plummer.

Gus will throw for 215-220 with 2 TDs, no picks
Brown will run for about 60, 20 receiving
Chatman will rush for about 25
receivers will split the yards, and Chambers and McMike will have at least 1 big drop each.

unfortunately, I think the Broncos will win just because we wont be able to slow the run all that much. Our guys will give good effort, but with an ultrafast Bell spelling the bruising Anderson, I think it'll be too much
 
I hope Champ is ready to play (hamsring), he hasn't played all pre-season. But he's been practicing for almost 2 weeks.

You have your receivers catching passes for 260 but your QB only throwing for 210. Where does the extra 50 come from?

I'm sorry to say, but we're not ready for the game, Denver has been looking pretty decent in preseason, especially Plummer IMO. We'll lose our first game.
