Predictin: Matt Simms will win the game for his team

Hayden I've read tons of your posts and they are usually well written and on target. To me, this thread just speaks as to why I try very hard to not look at finheaven the day of a game or very often the day after. It is full of people creating their own thread to "vent", most of which is someone writing in a drunk and fiery rage. I love finheaven and have for almost 10 years, just never on game day. And before you say it, no, I have not donated nor will I in the immediate future. This is not because the site doesn't need/deserve it, but because, like a huge portion of our country, I am in a heck of a lot of student debt.

never a good idea to bet on a rookie qb who gets no reps in game week prep coming in and winning a game/lighting a spark...would be different imo if it had been a vet but not a first year guy who got no reps and the opposition can just sit on his first read and lack of eye discipline which is what miami did

Fair enough. That is good constructive criticism. Point well taken.

Thanks. I appreciate it. Donate some money to the site before you say I suck.

The day you stop posting mind-numbing threads about Matt Simms and Mike McCoy and generally not contributing anything positive to this site is the day I donate.

I'll say this,

If they do name McCoy the starter going forward and he gets the reps in practice the last four weeks, they will be a tougher out on December 29th.

Bad reasoning. Help the cause.

"I am not giving because I do not like Hayden Fox". Just admit you do not want to give a cent to this site. Joke.

All people should donate when they have a few extra bucks even if it's five. I admit I didn't for the longest time but now will on a yearly or sooner basis because it's the best, most informative, well run Dolphin site I have come across. Hats off to the regular posters who supply Dolphin Info in record time throughout the entire year including off season. I'm on everyday, all year, and it's the first place I go for info. Hats off to the posters and mods.

I was traveling during the game and didn't see this thread until now, when it's been bumped to the first page.

The rushing attempt edge at halftime gave us massive margin for error. That's the only thing I would point out. I would not have been worried...just the opposite. Hayden predicted we would run the ball, and once that was happening it should have led to contentment that the scoreboard would take care of itself.

A few weeks ago the Redskins trailed the Eagles 24-0 at halftime. But Alfred Morris had 18 rushes at halftime. Statistically, that was one of the greatest halftime bets I've ever seen. I almost couldn't make the percentage of expectation high enough. Predictably, Washington rallied and made it a game until Robert Griffin the clown threw a senseless late interception on an early down, when the Redskins had opportunity to tie the game. It was a simple second half cover.

Not your best prediction, Hayden, but not the end of the world - we won the game. I think that you are great at distilling the key points from the games, but predicting results during the game mightn't be your forte. Was it a Sherman call that triggered it, a Jonathan Martin sighting or was it a premonition that Matt could be the next Phil Simms in a green jersey and torture the Dolphins for the next 15 years?

Let's just say that Hayden better think twice before he posts predictions on our Dolphin's losing during a fricken game. That's downright embarrasing man.

To give some credit to HF he has not asked the staff to move this thread and for the most part it's been a very constructive thread . I completely understand the emotion behind his initial post.

Pretty sure he thinks Philbin is the boogeyman.
