Prediction: July 28th NFL agreement reached. Vince Young not happening

ok i am really going out on a limb. I feel strongly about july 28th being the day the new agreement is reached. Read it and file it away. This is based on scuttlebutt i have been hearing and other factors. I feel good about this day.

The NFL owners and players are moving toward an agreement that could get nearly all training camps open on time and start the much aniticipated free agency period July 28, according to an ESPN report.

thats not what you said...you said the agreement would be on july 28th...not free agency...its not the same thing
 
i'm not tryin to discredit you...i've given you some benefit of the doubt while i try and figure you out but i do think you not naming names of these big free agent additions in waiting ready to sign doesn't help

Interesting how he predicts a first round pick that half the pundits were guessing as well, and now he is this super inside source. People are far too gullible...
 
Don't know why there's so much distrust about Enduro? This is a forum, right? Let the guy say what he wants. Whether he's right or wrong has no bearing on anything of value. I hope he's right because I'm ready for some football and don't care who gets credit for their predictions. By the way Enduro keep bringing on your claims about players, etc because it gives me something to think about. Appreciate your posts even if they don't always come true, but you are usually either right on or pretty close. Thanks.

I think you're jumping the gun. The new CBA means there will be a salary cap. We can only spend what we have available and keeps us under the cap barring cutting a bunch of players (Crowder could be a casualty and Carey, even as weak as we are on the O-line, could also be cut).

I can't remember but during the cap years did we ever sign two big name free agents?

I personally dont care either way. IMO, I think he is a jack nobody just like me making easy obvious predictions. His predictions are no different then me saying its going to rain sometime between now and Aug 1.

And for the record anyone who comes back on these boards trying to pull off an I told you so Like he does, deserves to be scrutinized to the detail for his predictions.

i was told that the big man (boss) wants 2 difference makers as free agents this year. (quality) and sprinkle in some role players (b players). I made a promise that i would no longer speak of them till after FA starts. but if you read my past post you already know who they are. I can't make a specific reference yet. This is a win now season this year according the the boss man and the gm and coach.

i was not told specifically that july 28th would be the day, i just knew some things had to be sorted out by this day so i made an educated guess on this day. I think they will meet the 21st and players and owners will puff out there chest one last time then crack a week later. I hope I am right
 
So it's going to be like this:

  • July 21 - New CBA will be signed in Atlanta
  • July 25 - Undrafted College & Own Free Agents
  • July 28 - Full Free Agency

Enduro doesn't have to answer this. This is a question for everyone else. Has anyone actually done this? Searched through his previous posts and come up with the two free agents he's referring to? I think one is DeAngelo Williams and the only other name I recall him talking about is Carson Palmer...but he's not a free agent.

thats who i recall also...maybe i saw something about nicks but i really doubt he's getting away from the saints...can't recall exactly

i know i heard someone on here talkin about nicks is a target
