This has been an EXTREMLY slow weekend for news, signings and any other stuff "Miami Dolphins." So I thought, lets get some opinions and thoughts. As we all know, it has been an exciting last month or so and a good one at that. So my question is, what would you all like to see done to finish it up? (This includes FA, draft, trades, cuts and other news.

First and foremost, I would like to see Arrington signed. He puts a huge anchor on our defense and would make our LBs look even scarier than it already is.

Second, I want a little more secondary help. This would mean re-signing Lance Shulters is a big priority. We should also draft a DB in the 1st or 3rd round. Michael Huff, Jimmy Williams, Antonio Cromartie would all be nice.

Next I believe we need a backup QB. Joey Harrington would be a very nice add. Tommy Maddox is a possibility but he was horrendous last season so I'm not to big on him. But my favorite possibility is drafting one in the 4th. Jacobs or Whitehurst

Last, we need more O-Line help. Drafting Winston Justice seems like a good idea at this point, but I would prefer to sign a veteran so we can get that DB in the first round.

I know there are probably more moves to be made but this is what I hope our opening day roster will look like.
Offense
QB- Culpepper Whitehurst Lemon
RB- Brown Williams
FB- Beasly
WR- Chambers Booker Welker Campbell
TE- McMichael Peele
LT- Shelton
LG- James
C- McKinney (hopefully someone else but no sure who)
RG- Hadnot
RT- Carey or rookie
Defense
RE- Taylor Roth
NT- Holliday
LE- Carter
OLB- Hodge
MLB- Crowder
MLB- Thomas
OLB- Arrington
CB- Allen
CB- Williams, Poole, and Daniels all competing
FS- Schulters
SS- Hill

That is a pretty sweet looking lineup if you ask me. :D

i'd go with O line help in the draft. if nothing else we need some depth on the line. in would love to see us trade down and get Max Jean-Gilles and/or Nick Mangold, i think either of those picks would set us up very nicely.

sign Arrington, re-sign Schulters, draft a good solid O lineman, maybe a late round corner and a late round DL player and call it an offseason.

I think we have a decent shot at Arrington. I think we will draft a D-Back in the 1st round (Hill most likely), if not than a receiver like Santonio Holmes or Chad. I see us taking Croyle at QB in the 3rd round, unless Jay Cutler drops down to the #16 pick.

I really don't see us taking Cutler or any quarterback for that matter in the first round. We found our QB of the future in Culpepper and we don't need a guy who will be a starter within 3 years or so. I don't think we even get Croyle in the 3rd because he will also be a good NFL guy IMO and like I said we don't need a starter. Wasting a first round pick on a QB would be bad because we have other needs right now.

As for reciever, we have other needs that are way more important than WR where we are very solid IMO.

For the love of all things good, I know it's not incredibly important, but guys please start spelling Peelle's name right. I have yet to see one person on the forum spell it right with 2 L's.

Ok well do you have anything constructive to say about the team or what you might like to happen? That was the question at hand here, not how to spell our backup tight end's name.

I wanted Lance back but it looks like he's going with the seahawks...I think we'll add a SS at some point tho...I hope we get Lavar tho it won't be easy....on draft day we'll go OLB unless we get Lavar in which case I think we'd go WR(either Jackson or Holmes)unless a guy like Huff drops which I doubt.Let us not forget that Manny Wright should play a lot this coming season and I think he'll be a very good player for us.

Ozzy rules!!
