Predictions for the game?

This is Saban's first real game, so i think that he will struggle with the Broncos. So i will say the score will be.....

Phins-13
Broncos-21

In week 14 last year Miami lost to the Broncos 17-20

In that game Miami had 214 yards of total offense and Denver had 415.

Miami had 70 yards running and the Broncos had 196.

Miami had 144 yards passing and the Broncos had 219

The dolphins averaged 3.5 yards per play and the Broncos averaged 5.9.

It will be interesting if there are any differences on Sunday.

That's great recall ...

Dolphins 38...

Broncos 17 or 21...

I don't know what makes me state this... I am usually a rational thinker....;)

This is probably just a homer call....But I'm getting the Dominant Defense Vibe as the game approaches...Dolphins 24...Broncos 10..Turnovers will be the key at home...Those of you attending must bring your A-Game from the stands...We will need the crowd to help disrupt the opponent.

Broncos 24 Dolphins 13

I would love to see a win for us, but Gus will throw at least one pic to Champ, and the Broncos will run at will on Madison's side, which will be completely unable to hold contain. Daniels has good instincts, but Lelee (sp?) has tremendous speed.

Dolphin's offensive line will struggle to open run lanes against Denver's DL, just as they did when they played Cleveland last year. Gus will take to the air, but it won't be enough. Dolpin's TD will come from great field position on a Welker return. Mare hits a field goal in the third quarter after the defense picks off Plummer, and the other field goal will come on an early 4th quarter drive from Frerotte.

I would love to see a strong win here, but the Dolphins will have to prove their better than what they showed in pre-season before I can start picking them with any confidence. They do however have a realistic chance in this game, if for no other reason than the heat. The Broncos also really struggle in early games, and Shanahan will no doubt find it difficult to properly gameplan with no real history on Saban. I'm starting to convince myself that we just might win it

All that and we still only lost by 3.

Preseason record (nat any guarantees however) was 4-0
Winning points:
20 against Houston
26 against SF
37 against Indy
30 against Arizona

Phins in a losing capacity.
Losing points:
27 against Chicago
27 against Jax
17 against Pitt
20 against Atlanta

This might qualify for a glimpse of what they may be able to do.

Oh, I see, so now we are counting 4 quarters of meaningless preseason games. By your logic only teams with winning records during the preseason should even bother playing the regular season.
Again I ask you, what makes you think they can put up 27 points against the Dolphins defense?
