Miami vs. Jacksonville Predictions

What are your game predictions for tonight's game. Mine are Dolphins (31-28).

I think Saban puts a little more emphasis on the final score, eventhough he said he wasn't too worried about it. It's time to build some confidence and momentum!

there were so many guys last week that had outrageous predictions in favor of the Phins.....so I'll make mine a bit more realistic

Probably a more defensive game. Their D-line is good. Could be another long night for the qbs.
But I think we wil have the more consistent offense as far as moving down the field. Fred Taylor's not playing and our D shouldn't have too much trouble stopping them. Wouldn't surprise me if they scored on a big play against our secondary as Nick tinkers with schemes.
Prediction: Continued slow progress for the O-line, Gus taking the lead in the qb competition, tough yards on the ground, recievers do well, secondary gives up 1-2 big plays, earning Saban's wrath, Welker does something to get me off the couch, D-line and linebackers continue to gel and improve. Final score: meaningless, but if it's close, Nick fights for the win.

This is only preseason so it's even harder to make an accurate prediction. Based on the facts that our defense did so horribly against the Bears and also that the Jags have the best set of dt's in the league and a quality de in Hayward, I predict that we will have no run game and the qbs will have limited time to pass. I hope im wrong but thats how I see it playing out. Please don't question my loyalty to the Dolphins because I predict them to lose. I'd like for them to win but there are just too many concerns with various positions.

Both defenses rule the first quarter or two, and we see our future free agents beat their future free agents in the second half.
