The Dolphins will crush the mighty Patriots in a rain soaked game tonight.

There will actually be a rain delay due to magnificent lightening.

The Dolphins will mop the field with the New England Patriots; figuratively and literally.

Dolphins will soar in the power rankings to as high as #12 on some boards.

Who dares to challenge this??:err:

I love the optimism... i truly do... but i don't see how we beat a Pats team that looked damn near flawless when the starters were in during the PS.

those same NE starters got destroyed in Detroit, so I wouldn't put much into preseason at all. that said, I would be surprised if we won this game, I see the Patriots winning 31-14.

I hope I am wrong, I think the team is improved over last year, we are our own worst enemy against the Patriots however.

The Pats D is atrocious!! If the Fins get pressure on Brady, we win!! Either way I bet it will be close... Prediction

24-21 Dolphins...

Vegas predictions ....

Odds have us 7-point Dogs & an Over/Under of 41. That works out to NE 24-17.

If Vegas is anywhere near accurate: Dolphins hard work, minimize errors, & a couple breaks can lead to victory!!

Ocho Cinco is no Randy Moss, and with a second team secondary I'm not sure how they will stop our *Lightning Sounds* HENNE AIR ATTACK!

I usually have a very good sense for our team's performance...this week i am very bipolar

I can see a blow out either way, but I have a tough time envisioning us beating a Belichek/Brady team in a close match-up.

I'm also worried that a poor performance this week could lead to a bad week next week and a very ugly year.

I'll disagree with your power ranking assessment. We can win big and we'll end up at #18 or so. Not that I care, just pointing out that's how it goes on the meaningless power rankings.

I'll go with this one.

Is Miami's D good enough to get to Brady on a regular basis without resorting to blitzing all the time? I think that's the big key to beating the Pats, otherwise, he'll just pick apart your secondary like he does to most teams. Detroit got after him all night, and that's what won the game for them.

I think the second key is if the Fins can sustain drives. I'm still suspicious of Henne. He reminds me of Kevin Kolb whom I don't like at all.
