Yes bro.Premium members nominate other members who they would like to have as fellow members in the Premium forum.
They are usually selected from established VIP members who not are only good posters and positive contributors but those who have shown loyalty to the site.
The staff considers them to be the sites board of directors.Our brain trust if you will .
It has a subscription rate of 84 dollars/year.
I have it on good authority that you meet the qualification bro and if you are interested I will bring up your name in the next nomination
Regarding what you can expect to find there its not a forum that you will find any other inside information that you wouldnt find in VIP although it does happen occasionally .
Its a forum where the members share personal experiences ,pictures and other personal info in a very comfortable and private environment.
Great friendships are developed there.
