I just read the annoucement e-mail -- this seems a good idea, and might help get a least part of the site back to what interested us in the first place.

A few questions come to mind, but one sets the tone for the others...

Is this a 'safe haven' available only to Premium Members, or is it intended to become (pardon the Reference) Finheaven Insider - extra content and moderation for subscribers?

No, this is for Premium Members and a few selected others only. This forum is still invisible to the rest of the site. The reason being, we don't want the main board to be able to view these topics/posts and then simply copy them or build off them in the main forum, thereby defeating the purpose.
