Up and down the field against the Rams first team. I hope we get it together!

Decided to spend the $14.99 and get the preseason live. It was a little jumpy at first but I turned down the resolution a bit and it has worked flawlessly since. As for the game, WOW the Browns look great. 17-0 early 2nd Q.

Do we ever learn??

The Lions went 4-0 in preseason the year they went winless.

If some here are saying our OL is just rusty and all teams OL looks bad this time of the year, well someone forgot to tell the Browns, WOW. Their OL is giving Weeden enough time to eat a hotdog before he throws the ball. Rams getting NO pressure. Even with blitzing two ILBs. Weeden looks VERY comfortable and accurate. The Browns defense has looked really good as well.

I know I know it is just preseason but I have to say the Browns look a bit scary compared to our first time out.

Yeah, its preseason and what you do in it doesnt matter at all ever!

...unless the Dolphins look great tomorrow. Then that totally counts.

Lions looked great in the 2008 preseason, went undefeated. As for the regular season, they went defeated.

Yeah but they were down a lot at half time in those preseason games. As I said it doesn't mean the too much but they look amazing for a first game. The OL play is scary. We get to see how much we have improved since that awful performance Sunday. Hopefully things will start coming together. Martin has to start getting it together. Heaven knows he can't get worse.

I happen to think we have a tough knockdown drag them out game in the opener. I love Chud. Excellent OC and DC. Tough D. Playing on the road for the opener. Tough game.

That's it....better write it up....the Browns are gonna spank us 56-3 cuz they're totally doing awesome against the Rams in their first preseason game. We're in for a Weedin Bleedin! Totally devastating stuff!11!1!1!

On a side note, Austin has been targeted one time. He was matched up vs a LB, and the coverage was tight, but Bradford got it in there hit him in the hands. Austin drops it.

They look ready.

They're not as god awful as people make them out to be, but a lot of their success and/or failure depends on the QB position, just like every other team with a young, unproven QB. That said, I have watched almost zero actual game footage from Weeden's rookie year, so I have no idea what to expect from that guy and other than our week 1 game I couldn't care less about how he develops or busts.
