Actually, I hope he does. This kind of distraction is one of the reasons I didn't want Ricky back on the team. (the other of course being that he will just quit again or fail another drug test).
He IS back however and we might as well use him for what he's worth, but if the distractions continue he might be worth more to the team gone.
