When are we going to get an official press confrence with Vontae Davis and some of the other high draft picks? Id like to see Vontae, Pat White, and Sean Smith get introduced as Miami Dolphins.

This regime doesn't believe in one player is greater then anybody else. That is why you didn't see a press conference for any of our free agent signings this offseason or last. Only reason Jake Long got one was because he was the 1st overall pick. Rookie mini camp starts Friday, so they are likely to have interviews with our draft picks then. There likely won't be any press conferences, other then the post practice one from Sparano.

I read somewhere, that they will be introduced on Thursday. Dont know how acurate that is but as Nublar said, the Rookie Camps this weekend so we will def. see something in the next few days

It was the same way under Nick Saban. Jake Long was the exception last year, because we had him signed so early. The rest of last year's rookies had their first pressers after the first practice of rookie mini-camp.

Ronnie had a press conference, so did Travis Daniels and Devin Aromashadu because both are from the Miami area and were in town.

I think they want to introduce all of them at the same time since there is a firm belief that nobody is greater than anybody else. Plus, Vontae still had to finish out his classes since it's finals week and he's a junior.
