The really good point that I thought that they brought up is that this will be the first time Ricky has actually had a full offseason to prepare since 2004. That's something that really shouldn't be ignored. Also great to hear from ricky that he thinks this is the toughest regime he's worked under, and that they expect the best out of everyone... hopefully we wont have 10+ on IR this season because of it.

It's going to be great to see Ricky running for the Miami Dolphins again...I hope his last few years in the NFL are his best..
In all my years as a Dolphin fan I've never been drawn to a player like I have Ricky...it could be because of his awesomeness in the 2002 season and how us Dolphins fans were waiting so long for a great runningback and he came along and stole our hearts...or it could be how he reached out to all us dolphin fans with his "RunRickyRun" website that year. All in all Ricky is a special person as well as a special football player.

I am also a big Ricky fan. It really seems to me that he has his head and heart back in football. He is a special runner. It also appears that not only Ricky, but the entire team, will be in great physical shape and will hit the field running come opening day! Can't wait for the season!
