Jean-Jacques Taylor and Todd Archer, of the Dallas Morning News, report free agent WR Peerless Price (Falcons) has turned down the Dallas Cowboys original contract offer. "It's nothing to make us move right now," said Tim McGee, Price's agent. "The ball is in their court." McGee said he sent the Cowboys the parameters of what it would take to reach a deal. As noted earlier, Price will visit the New Orleans Saints in San Antonio Saturday, Sept. 3. Head coach Bill Parcells said Price wants a long-term contract.
