LT, LG, RB, WR, OLB, CB, PR/KR, and possibly K.

Lots of holes need to be filled but these are the primary positions that need to be addressed and filled via draft and/or free agency. RT and RG need to be addressed as well, but left side is the real weakness right now.

I don't believe Miller is the answer at RB and Thomas isn't an every down back. We need a strong running game and we won't get it out of the current combo, even with an improved OL.

We get Gibson back, but what we have behind Wallace, Hartline and Gibson won't strike fear into any defense. Clay looks to have earned his TE spot and I think he is fine there with Sims behind him.

Thigpen....nuff said, we need help in the return game. He isn't the answer. His not playing all preseason got him off to a slow start and he never recovered. He made basically one valuable play on offense and not much on special teams this year.

If Patterson is healthy we are solid at CB. Carroll has to go and we need to see if our current rookies can step,up. We need to lock Grimes up long term and that needs to happen yesterday.

We need help at LB as Misi/Wheeler were not the answer. When Trusnick is your backup....well you have issues.

Sturgis needs real competition and needs to be pushed to prove he is the kicker. Those misses this year were brutal and at the end of the day may have been the difference of us being in or out of the playoffs.

OT, OG, LB, DT, RB, WR, TE, S, CB, DE & KR/PR.

OL: Pouncey is the only above average talent they have. Brenner may be worth developing. Clabo and Mckinnie have seen their better days. Jerry is just another wasted draft pick. Dallas Thomas couldn't even break into the starting lineup on a terrible line. Same can be said about Watkins. Incognito is gone. Garner will always be a backup.

LB: Wheeler and Ellerbe turned out to be terrible signings. They were the biggest liabilities on defense and need to be replaced. Also there is no depth here. Jenkins didn't show much at all.

DT: I would let Starks walk and try to sign Soliai to a reasonable contract. Odrick had a good year but they need to find a young stud to put next to him.

RB: They need to find a good veteran back that can pick up the tough yards and that can also block.

WR: The Dolphins need a #1 WR. A big physical guy who can make the tough catches and break tackles. They need a true play maker. Wallace is a good complimentary type speed receiver. Hartline would be an excellent #3 and Gibson a good #4. Not having a true #1 and the lack of quality depth at WR hurt the offense this year.

TE: Clay had a good year but they still need a big bodied TE. Egnew and Sims did not show enough.

S: Jones had a bad year after getting his big payday and Clemons is inconsistent. Also there is no good depth here. Don Jones is a special teams only guy and Jimmy Wilson will always be a liability when he is on the field.

CB: Grimes needs to be re-signed. Patterson can't be counted on so I wouldn't offer him more than an incentive based contract. Carroll is a #4 corner at best. Taylor didn't show much and Davis was exposed when he was on the field.

DE: Wake is getting up there and he disappeared towards the end of the season. Vernon is a decent player but he also disappeared too often especially in the last two games. Jordan, we didn't get to see enough of him. Shelby didn't do much at all.

PR/KR: Thigpen was a huge disappointment this season. I see no reason to bring him back next year. At least bring in some competition.

Just have to hope that the Dolphins hire a competent GM. They won't be able to fill all of those holes this off-season but a good GM will be able to fill most of them. The Goal for 2014 is to fight for the division and make the playoffs. 2015 should be the year to hope to go deep into the playoffs.

28 rushes per game, loads of play action, and low percentage of plays run from shotgun.

Oh, and two great players and a partridge in a pear tree.

Why is it so impossible for this franchise to find a legitimately great player? Even with our Pro Bowlers I feel like I should be apologizing to somebody for their selection.

People we will not be getting a #1 receiver. We already paid Wallace the big bucks. I personally think our receiving group is actually better than most teams tbh.

I would love to get Devin Hester on a hometown discount.

OL and LB. C.J. Mosley from Alabama would be a perfect start in the draft for me, although I know no one wants to take an Alabama LB early.

Let's start by getting a new GM and go from there. Jeff Ireland has to be absolutely shot out of Miami through a tree shredder. If u Ireland fanboys are truly honest with yourselves, u have to see that he has to go.

The problem with Hester is brings no value other than that. I would rather free up a roster spot with a player that can plain the field as well, whether it is at DB or WR. Hester is for the most part strictly ST.

You've got cap hits of over 10 million dollars on Wallace (23 million +), Wheeler and Ellerbe. Those guys aren't going anywhere.

Jeff Ireland's picks and money only meant something if he hit on those picks and money. I guess it's still early, but impact from picks and money in 2013 from a "long term" standpoint were extremely minimal.

People can complain on Wallace all they want. My only complaint is he doesn't always fight for the ball. He would rather the ball drop right into his hands and that resulted in DB's breaking up passes that should have been caught.

The real problem was Tannehill missing on Wallace than the other way around. There were quite a few times this season that Wallace had the DB beat and the pass was either under thrown or overthrown. Very rarely was a deep pass to Wallace put on the spot for him to catch in stride.

I think he is fine. Tannehill needs to work on the deep ball and his timing with Wallace.

Dont know what team you were watching...gibson was the best receiver on this team until he got hurt...
