I was listending to NFL Total Acess this monring.
Prime has flipped and has picked the Dolphins.
He mentioned how he felt we was playing effective offense throwing the balls inside the hashes and running the ball. He mentioned how our defesne was playing well and he picked us to win. HE DID SAY howeevr that he likes NE but since Miami controls its own destiny that we would be the Jets and win the AFC East.
He went as far as saying Sparono may win the coach of the year.

Funny how he flip flops in just a short few hours.
Wonder if he was forced to say that?
 
Let all the guys pick against us...or for us...I really don't care....just so long as the guys on the field win.

A bizzar thing happened on the NFL Netork the other day. It was the SUnday morning show with Marshal Faulk, Sapp, and some Woman.

Anyways, the show came back live, but the crew was still getting ready, the lady had her makeup woman working on her, the stage crew was moving about, etc. I don't think they knew they were back live.

The interesting thing was that there was this guy, the director I assume, who was coaching up Sapp on what he should say, as well as Faulk, he was telling Sapp exactly what points to make, saying things like, "ok, your going to go into how Miami is built for the cold," etc. etc.

It was odd, and really made Sapp look like a idiot, being held by the hand like that. Sure enough when they came back again live, Sapp went into how Miami is built for the cold. It was pretty funny.

So long story short, I would not be surprised if Deion was told what to say.

Its possible, thats for sure. I really don't like Deion as an analyst. And I know he connects with alot of the players today and all and that makes him valuable to the networks. But in my opinion, he plays favorites. He still can be a Cowboy homer. He loves Ray Lewis and the Ravens defense. He's obsessed with the Pats (as many others are in the media).

Its hard to deny the season we have had and I know he wants to discredit it somehow, maybe because the Patriots might get left out with the same record and he perceives them as being the better team. But again, this is where I dont like Deion. I appreciate honestly, but I can't stand blatant bias. And I know the solution from so many other fans is....why listen? Well, I'm not gonna watch football every Sunday and then tune out ESPN and NFL Network during the week just because I'm afraid someone won't mention the Dolphins. But don't be so blatantly ignorant that you are brushing off the Dolphins turnaround like its all a giant mistake.

Also I dont know if anyone else caught this but last week he acted like a big baby after the Cowboys/Giants game on the NFL Network recap show when TO accused Ed Werder of being a liar. And Rich Eisen said I've known Ed for years...he's not going to just flat out make up these stories. And then Deion jumped in and acted like a total unprofessional jerk. More or less saying Rich didn't have his facts straight and immediately coming to TO's defense. Now, I dont know how that story ended up playing out because it seemed to just go away but I do know that TO has had many issues in the past. So to come to his defense because he's your "boy" is just stupid and unprofessional without knowing the facts himself, which I'm sure he didnt have at that very moment.

You know when you get more information it is ok to change your mind-based on the new information.Even if the information is that you sound like an idiot-but then gain that is not anything new for prime.

It's funny following the game day thread and hearing our own fans say
they suck...there great...he sucks...he's great all refering to our players and team

Not to rain on your parade, because it is a humorous story, but the announcers actually DO determine their own opinions/thoughts/etc.

The director is simply reminding them of their "segment" to keep things on track/organized/etc.

It happens on ALL the live shows...

I'm pretty hard line on my stance that this defense is not as good as it has looked recently (excluding yesterday) and that the play calling on this offense has been down right atrocious.
 
Deon is a prick! He's been talking negatively about the dolphins all season. He has some personal vendetta against Miami. :breakpc:
 
Cant stand deion and his retarded flip flopping, he's such a freaking moron, one week he's on the giants bandwagon, next week he likes the titans, next week he likes the patriots. and i HATE how he gives cassel\l so much freaking credit. cassell is nothing but an above average system qb. and im starting to hate him more than brady. but prime sucks, he is by far the worse football analyst ever.
