After last year we didnt deserve any prime time games but since we are doing so well this year do you guys think were gonna get some love next year from MNF and SNF?

Definitely. If they gave games to the Browns and 49ers MNF games, they'll give some to us.

i certainly hope so...but i guess we'll find out when the NFL comes out with next seasons schedules...

i would like to see our game against the bucs next year be a primetime game, give a little national attention to the sunshine state rivalry

i'll put the over under to 3

i think we will get 2 sunday night and one monday night

I think we'll definitely get some primetime games. With how surprising Miami has been this year, plus the level of our competition.....there will be alot of games that the NFL will see as good match-ups.

We have 10 games next year against teams that, as of today, have a winning record. If we win the division and the Texans win 2 more games(possible since they play TEN, @OAK, and CHI), then the ONLY games against teams with losing records will be the Bills and the Jags.

I could see NE, NYJ, TEN, IND, PIT/BAL, DEN, CAR, TB, ATL, NO, and maybe even HOU as primetime games. That's 13 games. It would be ridiculous if we don't get AT LEAST 1 of them.

speaking of primetime games, and i no i may be getting a little way to ahead of myself, but for the past few years its always been that the superbowl winner always got the first game of the season on that thursday nite at home. so assuming we win it this season, wat would they do if the marlins have a home game on the same day schedueled?

A little ahead of yourself. Wow, I don't know what to say.

You are definitly get way ahead of yourself. But to answer your question; While they do tend to open the season with the Superbowl winner it is not a rule and their have been times when they have not given the superbowl winner the first game of the season since they have started doing this.

If there was a scheduling conflict they would either put another match up in that slot or make it an away game for Miami.

hahaha I like your way of thinking. I'm pretty sure we'd tell the Marlins to F off since it's "Dolphin Stadium" and we'd be the SB Champs. They would have to figure out somewhere else to play.

It's disgusting that we didn't get any this year. In fact we haven't had many in the last couple of years, and one year we snapped a streak of playing a MNF game every year since 1970. The fact that the NFL would give the Dolphins 0 prime time games, but like 5 to the Cleveland Browns just because they were over rated coming into this year is an out right disgrace. I believe because of the successful history the Dolphins have had, they should at least earn ONE Monday Night game. But no, the NFL hops on bandwagons of the lowly Browns the lowly Bengals and showcases them when they get good.

This part is wrong. While they first started out just picking 2 teams to play the Thursday night opener in 2002, the first time the gave the Thursday night game to the SB champ was in 2004.

In 02 and 03 the game was not given to SB champ. But since they started giving the opener to the SB champ in 04 though, they've done it every year.

02 - SF @ NYG
03 - NYJ @ WAS
04 - IND @ NE
05 - OAK @ NE
06 - MIA @ PIT
07 - NO @ IND
08 - WAS @ NYG
