Were easy pickings by "Spygate" according to Bleacher Report

Would love to smash the Pats right in the chops twice this year!

The more surprising thing is that they had to cheat at all against those teams.

Hope the Steelers pull the upset on Thursday! You've gotta think teams are going to go after the Pats extra hard this year. They've got a HUGE bullseye on them this year that's for sure and not just because they're "defending champs"!

If these allegations are true, then Bill and Tom should be given the Pete Rose treatment when they retire.
Sneaking into locker rooms and stealing play sheets?
He's no Don Shula, that's for sure.

That'd be great, but they've gone from the Steel Curtain to Steel Hurtin. Pitt's defense looks to be a big weakness this year.

ESPN has a long but interesting story about how Deflategate was Roger Goodell's way of getting back in good standing for not laying the wood on Kraft and Belichick after Spygate. According to the story, the dirty details of that incident were way worse than the official narrative and the owners were livid that the Rahj didn't handle it correctly back then. Consequently, he tried to blast them this time. If you have the time, I encourage you to read it.

The NFL Owners are pulling Goodell's strings - they are out for blood - the greater story is just beginning according to what I have read -

Again thanks to the Pats and Jets for a delicious offseason!!

Did the NFL have the capability of determining the amount of history over which the Patriots were deflating footballs? We "know" from the fumbling statistics that this was most likely going on ever since the rules were changed to allow QB's to handle the balls to their liking. That would've been the appropriate means to atone for Spygate, yet the NFL for some reason never pursued it.

I'd be happy if they retroactively stripped their nfl titles from 2001-2006 and their records.

Love how the pats organization acts like victims and the fans just post stupid memes and calling everyone jealous haters....theyre an organization with a culture of cheating from the top down with pompous d-bag fans

They will still get every call their way this year again.

In my eyes this completely invalidates the entire Belicheat era. It also knocks Tom Brady out of the top tier QBs and eliminates him from any GOAT consideration. It's no wonder that when Brady got hurt a few years back, Matt Cassel was able to come in and look great. MOST average QBs would look great if the person calling the plays KNEW what the defense was going to do.

What a disgrace to the NFL. :puke:

The sad part is....the really don't have to cheat to win. They are good enough to win the old fashioned way without being underhanded about it. This type of culture starts at the top.........

I respectfully disagree. The only reason they look anything better than average is because they're cheating.
