Prisco: Stay Pat at QB

Yah Moore seems like the best option. Just draft a QB so we can develop someone.
 
Good article and one that I concur with. Smith is clearly not a significant upgrade over Moore, if at all.
 
Lets stay with a journeyman QB in the last year of his contract. Wow, prisco is clueless. GM needs to upgrade the QB unless we want to be contenders for wildcard teams. Our DEfense can be top 6 or better. We are a decent offense away from a Super Bowl. Moore is not going to win you any playoff games. None and not one.
 
I agree. But really, how do you think Moore feels right now after this whole fiasco? Basically turning over every rock possible to try and replace him. I can't imagine his confidence is very high and he probably isn't too pleased with this team.
 
Stay with Moore and DON'T DRAFT TANNEHILL!! This is a train wreck so let's not make it worse on yet another reach. Let's not package picks on this much of a question. Bring in another veteran and improve thru the draft with the picks we have. I wouldn't move up at all unless it's for Blackmon. If anything I would trade down if I could get another future no.1.
 
LOL at people who think we have a shot at Matt Barkley.. We started 0-7 last year and STILL arent even close to being able to draft one of the top QBs.. this team has way too much talent to be picking in the top 2, wed have to completely gut the roster to accomplish that..

Weve been stuck in that no mans land for YEARS.. too good to get a top QB through the draft and not good enough to make the playoffs.. Its like a never ending nightmare with this team..

prisco never has or never wants the dolphins to succeed. He does not write for us. He is the national media, who obviously want to butt jokes on us all day. well now, we are getting smith when seattle was suppose to get him and now they dont like it. cus it actually makes miami look good by sticking it to the 49ers who were hoping he would just stick around and take it in the azz.
 
moore is fine with more upgrades on offense, if tannehill is a franchise qb then trade up and get him

Fact of the matter is that to get a franchise QB you have to be really bad or really lucky. The Pats were just plain lucky to end up with Brady (they were looking at him as a developmental prospect as a backup) and Shula got lucky with Marino due to unsubstantiated drug rumors. Going into their Sr seasons I thought Marino was the best college QB in the country and should have been a top 2 pick. He was a better passer than Elway (by far)
