I would like to get Lance Briggs, Alan Fanca, Ken Hamlin, Drayton Florence, and Bernard Berrian or Dj Hackett or some WR This team would be a Dream come true
Where is Haynesworth on that list?
Why is Adams above Faneca, with a comment of Faneca age as a question.... I thought Adams was older?
I would love to find a NT in that bunch... is williams out of GB big enough?
and a safety... i like bell but his durability is not good.

Samuel made the top of the list, Wow. I wouldn't mind Samuel but I would mind the $80 million dollar contract that he is going to want. Didn't that one guy from Buffalo sign with the 49er's for like 80 million last year.

A good list, but I didnt see Trufant on there, did he resign or something? Same with Asmougha ... Ive been out of the country for a few weeks so could have missed some.
Anyway
Faneca is to old for my taste, would much rather go with Lilja at Guard than him. Besides, wisdom has Faneca going to Zona who will pay him money and reunite him with Whisenhunt and Grimm.
For tackle, Flozell is also an older guy, and man he was a tool against Osi U. in the playoffs. Then again many others have been as well ... ANyway would prefer Starks if we go T in FA.
Would love a top flight CB, but lukewarm on Florence. Would rather spend money on Wilson (Gibril or Eugene) or Hamlin than him.
Briggs is another big name to go after, if not him Calvin Pace or Kawika Mitchell may be an option for the 3-4. Justin Smith or Odom as well, though doubt either will be in our price range for need spots.
Berrian? No thanks. Weve had enough recievers with the dropsies as of late. Plus hes more of a deep guy than a posession guy, which we already have in Ginn. Johnson would make more sense. Joey Porter would interest me for the right price.
Corey Williams is solid, would be a nice target, and Tommey Kelley could be a good pickup for the right price, his injury might limit his contract. Would be great to get him at a low price

yea they arnt on there if they were they would be the Top guys Albert Hansworth wasnt even in there i think they figured they would get tagged so they didnt put them up and i already think that asmougha has already been tagged

Thanks :) Totally missed Hayneworth, but never really wanted ol Headstomper anyway, and is there is about 0% chance the Titans dont franchise him
Either way, there might be a good chance we end up with some of these guys. Ideally we will be looking to keep the youth movement going, so please no Faneca or Flozell. And Berrian really would fill the same role as Ted Ginn, more likely to get Johnson or pull Meshawn out of retirement.

Clements is earning about $11M a year when all is said and done. That is the same neighborhood that Samuels will be wanting, and he is not even close to being worth that kind of money. maybe, MAYBE half that. Most of the top corners in this league get paid about half that.

if u actually watch the games and not so much the stats, you would find that nate clements has a big impact on the way offenses attack the 49er defense. a much higher percentage of passes are thrown to the opposite side of him, opposed to his side. so he has a much bigger difference in the game than you think.
