Totally forgot it was today. Still won't be on my TV.
 
I refuse to watch even 1 second of it. They don't play hard at all. The NFL needs to make it mean something,instead of it being a vacation. Put something on the line,like the MLB does for the ALL STAR GAME!!!
 
i have always said that its be better for the players and better to watch if they just played flag football
 
this game is pathetic. the players should be embarassed.
 
It is worse than usual this year, as if this was possible.
 
They are literally just walking around out there. NO effort. They should scrap this and turn it into a skills competition.
 
I dont blame them. I damn sure wouldnt be going 100% either.

In baseball, your chances of getting hurt in any one game are pretty low. Even in the MLB AS game a lot of players dont dive for balls and whatnot. Football has a mucher greater chance of injury in any given game, plus the injuries are often more severe. The typical MLB injury is a pulled groin or hammy. Guys tear ACLs on the regular in the NFL. Im gonna risk my livelihood in a game Im not even being paid for? **** that.

And no, you cant make the game mean something. Retarded idea on baseball's part anyway. You know how mad we would be if Marshall was playing 100% for some bull**** benefit in an AS game and ended up on IR? Terrible idea.

They do get paid for the game, but its chump change for them. If the players view it as a joke, then why even have it? THey just want a trip to Hawaii. So why not just have a skills competition in Hawaii? Its more entertaining and they still get their "reward".
