Pro Bowl Snubs

The pro-bowl needs to be taken away from the fans before it loses all credability

No way Peters should have gone the guy has given up 11.5 sacks this season. Jake Long, D'Brickashaw Ferguson, and Matt Light all had better seasons in the same division. Such crap!!!
 
I don't know if Will Allen is necessarily a "snub" but as I just posted in another thread, if a rookie with IMO less than comparable stats playing on a less impressive defense on a team with the same record is named a reserve CB and Will isn't... something's rotten in Denmark or at least the league office.

Allen: 50 tackles 42 solo tackles, 3 interceptions (68yds ret) 1 FF

Revis: 49 tackles 36 solo tackles, 5 interceptions (38 tot yds ret) 1 FF

He has 2 more interceptions and he's a rookie so he got the nod. Both are deserving but someone had to be left out. Unfortunately it was Will Allen. Jets fans would be crying about this if the opposite had happened.
 
I don't watch the Pro Bowl but it would be nice for some of our guys and others from different teams to just have been recognized for their efforts this year.

Oh well, this happens every year. Focus on the playoffs and all should be cool
 
I feel that Pennington, Matt Cassell, Kerry Collins, and Phillip Rivers are all more deserving than Brett Farve. Whatever though, what happened happened. Hopefully Pennington will continue to show why he deserves to be in over the next two games.

actually, now that i've come to think of it, with Peters being in the Pro Bowl i'm kinda happy that Pennington isn't going.

revis is not a rookie.

Slaton probably should've made it over Ronnie, but Ronnie does deserve it. When he gets the carries he's been dominant, but we rarely give him more than 15 carries.
