Problems with the forums

So sometimes I click on a thread, and I get only one post in the thread and no bar in the bottom that allows me to go to another forum. Or another thing that is happening is that instead of getting the page number on the right, in green color and being able to be clickable, I get a orange thing...

It has never happened before.
