Paysinger or McCain..
I would rather have a rookie or Tripp impress at mike and let Misi go back to the strong side
Im worried about Cameron missing time and having Sims as our starter

I'll be surprised if Ajayi doesn't take over as the starter early in the season

Agreed. I'd also like to see our rookie DT, Jordan Phillips, surpass Earl Mitchell. It would be nice to have that kind of dominant size out there for most plays. Love the offense though. Those three wideouts, Miller (with a healthy dose of Ajayi), and Jordan Cameron make me quite happy. Cautiously optimistic...

Wouldn't surprise me at all. I think Ajayi is a bit overrated around here...he's not as good running between the tackles as advertised...Miller has more speed to get to the outside and I think they're both about the same in pass protection. Ajayi's only real area of advantage is as a receiver out of the backfield. But that's just my opinion. I think David Cobb would have been a better fit for us since he's a much better inside runner but we'll see how it shakes out.

I think Sims is serviceable at TE. He doesn't do anything great but does a lot above average. I can handle that. It's the other positions that have me worried about depth like OL and DB

Im worried that the coaches will just run Tripp at Will during camp because Misi is THEIR guy..
An actual comp needs to happen to find the best group of LBs

You can nitpick but that's a good overview

Yeah agree he's advertised as a much tougher runner than he really is but I love the idea of having a back that can break arm tackles. How many time last years did you watch Miller go down on first contact. Granted he was a much tougher runner this season that the year before but i couldnt help thinking last season during our games that if we had a guy who could break arm tackles our running game would have been elite.

At this point, I have Dallas over Douglas, and Sheppard in the middle with Mis at SAM. If that changes, I do not believe the new starter ore on the roster.

I can see a trade or late cut at LB, and maybe the same at OG to replace Dallas or Turner. I do not see McCain or Tripp being starter material just yet.
