Chris Chambers 64 rec 724 yds 8 tds
Wes Welker 72 rec 888 yds 0 tds
Marty Booker 44 rec 704 yds 0 tds
Randy McMichael 40 rec 452 yds 0 tds

Ronnie Brown 272 att 956 yds 8 tds / 76 rec 624 yds 0 tds

Daunte Culpepper 324 comp 536 att 60.4% 3716 yds 8 tds 12 ints / 40 att 80 yds 4 tds

This is what our season will look like without any improvments, granted the TDs might be more evenly distibuted but so far they havent been.

McMicheal needs to step his game up. 2/3 catches a game ain't doin it. I expected 8 tds from him.

No offense, but those are ridiculous. All you did was multiply the current stats by 4, and that's never the case because you don't get equal production every week. If the numbers they've posted so far were about average it might be closer but they've been extremely low due to offensive incompetence. That will change throughout the season.

the numbers will improve

Any improvement in Culpeppers numbers at all will have him in the 4000 yard category and Would put him with more Tds than INTs. Thats would be a solid year based on the way it has started.

We need one stat to change very quickly if we want to win, that is TDs. We need 30 more from Culpepper to finish this season with a winning record.

the only reason why mcmike can't get the ball is because they want him to block all the time and come on brown, chambers, booker, and welker will have not over 70 catches

no offense taken, but it is rediculous, i agree. Its only projected stats, its not accurate by any means, but it puts the first month into perspective as to how we've used our players. There's no way that Welker and Brown should be our top recievers. It's like we're trying to avoid our best guys. Either that or we are playing some very awesome defenses that have figured out a way to cover Booker, McMichael, and Chambers on every play while also stopping the run. It is obviously an internal problem and will most likely be resolved.

70 catches isnt that much, its only 4.3 receptions per game. If we can evenly distribute the ball in the air then that is possible. We could have McMichael, Brown, Welker, Chambers, and Booker with 70 recs if Culpepper completes 21.8 passes per game. But that wont happen like that, its usually one guy with way more than the others and the rest is spread out evenly.

We don't play the Titans and Texans again do we?

he cant do much about that when hes blocking most the time.
