All he did was talk a big game about how we were going to be aggressive in building a SB contender and that nothing else would suffice and yet we see teams like the Bears, Bucs and Bills already going balls in for the guys they want while Ireland sits with his egotistical thumb up his stupid ass..

I feel like vomiting.. This is a joke and we are THE JOKE. I cant wait to see the spin on this circus act when Dumbo and Ego Ireland take the podium at their next PC. If they even have the balls to have one...

we are in contract discussion with the top free agent QB ( besides the obvious one), why is every one in panic mode?

Oh these morons will have a PC for sure...they will spin it and try to make it seem like we are on some kind of path, only to anyone with eyes we will still be a 6-7 win team...as long as Ross and Ireland are here, we are doomed for more of the same BS...I mean think about it, Ireland comes from Dallas, what the hell did they win while he was there with Sparano and the rest of those fools? Ross buys the team, having no clue what to do, he fires Sparano a year late, making us the laughingstock of the league, keeps the GM who did nothing in that short time to show he was worth keeping, the only moves of note that they made were getting Dansby and Marshall, now they ship out Marshall, getting back a negative return, creating yet another hole...meanwhile we are CONTINUING to tinker our offensive line after putting in boatloads of money without receiving promising play...until Ross kicks the bucket or sells the team because he begins to hemorrhage money, we are stuck in the same cycle...WHY DID YOU SELL TO THIS FOOL WAYNE!?!?!?!

My point is that they are not afraid of making moves, its not our fault that we gave Brandon to them on a silver platter..

What do you want them to do?

Trade 3 first rounders for the #2 pick in the draft?
Give a WR close to 12 million a year and 26 million guaranteed?

They are doing what they can to go after Manning and hopefully have fallback options but you can't do much less than 6 hours in while hoping Peyton chooses you. I know you don't want Nicks in here for 9 million a year?

And the Bears Bucs and Bills track record is what... Teams are built through the draft, with quality QB play, and coaching. These moves get headlines but these teams are still far from contenders. I die every year we miss the playoffs and wish we could find a quick fix, but there are none. Teams that are on top were built 5 years ago. Unfortunately we wasted a few years and are still in the process. But the Legit teams in this league are not the ones making the flashy signings. They were built years ago and continue to reload smartly.

I'm a Redskins fan and the "two" 1st is a good deal cause we have been sorry for years so what's to lose also please inform me what WR is making close to 12 a year last I checked 5 going into 42 8 times. Like the OP said Ross is all talk your biggest and best signing in his tenture has been Dansby and that's nothing to write home about

We gave the Bears Marshall on a silver platter? I would say we were lucky to get two 3rd rounders and I hope the NFL doesn't rescind the trade. Before jumping to conclusions you should wait and see what's behind the decision.

Honestly I laughed when I first heard the Redskins trade, but now they are in a lot better spot than us. The have their franchise QB, and picked up 2 solid WRs the first day of FA in Garcon and Eddie Royal.

When Manning chooses another team, we will be left with Flynn who will be destined to fail not having weapons that he did in Green Bay. If Flynn is any good to begin with.

Perhaps its you, jumping to conclusions with talk of the nfl rescinding the trade?? We gave two 2nd rounders and got 2 3rd rounders in return. That'd be negativdme return would it not?
