Many of you on this site are too young to have experienced the Dolphins in their prime. This organization is full of incompetent individuals at this point. Ross has no bussiness attempting to run an NFL team. This man has taken a once proud organization and turned it into a doormat. Ireland isn't any better and we will continue to see this team become what is now the Oakland Raiders of the east. Hope everyone enjoys mediocre talent and football for the un-forseen future.
