Props To Bill Parcells

Im sure were going to have many more threads that sound just like this one in the coming years but i would just like to give a props to Bill Parcells for one thing right now. That is completely re-doing the trenches of this football team. Now say its only pre-season and it dont count and all this other stuff, I dont care, go to another thread. But last year, even in pre-season, our o-line was horrable and gave our QB no time to throw. Our D-line was one of the worst in the league as we gave the opposing QB's so much damn time to throw, and then they just ran it down our throats.

Well let me tell you, that has all changed. Last night, our O-line looked solid once again not letting up any sacks and opening some holes for Ricky. Our D-line looked even better as we came away with a bunch of sacks, a goaline stand by our rookie Merling and we shut down Larry J all night. Not to mention, we got pressure on Croyle on almost every single play.

So if nothing else goes right this year, let me just give props to BIll P. for rebuilding the trenches in only one year.

Thanks Cam and Wannd(for Samson and Vernon. I am impressed with the D-line. IT seem like coach Lighted a fire under Solial and Randy Starks. I cant wait for what next years free agency and draft bring.

I know it's way premature, but from what I can see and am hearing, gotta give him props for hiring Coach Tony too. Heard Dallas writer Mark Mosley being interviewed yesterday who said that already you can see some slippage between The Boys' last years/this year's OL and that some Cowboys insiders ranked Tony as the 3d best assistant in the history of the franchise. Further, I heard their announcer (forget his name)also rave about Tony, saying if he had a pro team himself, he wouldn't think twice before entrusting it to Sparano. So double kudos to Parcells for a)not permitting TS's move to Payton and the Saints, and obviously for bringing him here.
