...for getting Ricky back and getting him motivated. Christ, this guy was in AUSTRALIA this time last year. NObody would've predicted this.

And watch how the team responds when they see Ricky making plays again.

Here's hoping all the hype holds up...

He showed in pre-season that the talent is still there......

all signs point to the fact that he should have a "chip" on his shoulder to prove himself all over again.....

Ricky knows the ENTIRE football world will be watching is every carry.....his every move.....he has the chance to SHINE!!!!

i wouldnt expect a 100 yard game out of him, just bc he hasnt played in over a year and probably not in game shape yet

I'd be surprised, if he wasn't pretty dang close to game shape right now. Just his presense on the field will be a disruption to the defense!

he will most likely be spliting carries plus agianst the good the defense of the bucs 100 yards would suprise me greatly but him and ronnie together should make 100+ and a TD or 2

How can he be in game shape and not have taken any hits yet ?? No, he's not in game shape...he may be in good aerobic shape, but game shape is very different. He'll take some time getting there....Remember in the preseason, his first game was mediocre. He could confuse things at first, but unless he carries the ball and makes something happen when he does, he won't be the disruption that he may in another game or two...

Before Ricky left, noone would argue that he was one of the Top 5 backs in the league. A year away from the game does not drop him down any at all. Look at players like Edgerrin James, Jamal Lewis or Willis McGahee who all had major knee problems and they are still running strong. Ricky has had no physical injuries, he will be back to the runner he was before he left. We all know how talented he is, there is no denying that, if he can just get his heart back into the game, our running game will be the best in the league, which will ultimately open up the passing game.

Yes, but the only persone he will prove anything to is HIMSELF. Thats his current psyche right about now. Dont feel as if he is trying to prove anything to the team, saban, or the world, pretty much being the city of Miami. :D

Thats not a bad thing... It kind of playing into Sabans teachings. i can't see Ricky wanting to be traded from Miami. Both he and Saban like mind games.. they're a match made in heaven. If any other coach was head of the Phins... Ricky wouldn't be playing.

Im lovin it too. I just saw the video I believe Nublar comprised of R&R, and man......if Ricky comes out wanting to excel, regardless of his motives, than our offense is gonna be a hurricane. No pun intended by the way.
