I was listening to 560 and someone called in an said to cancel the protest due to the team looking embarrassed on tv. Maybe we should cancel the protest so we dot look even worse and make even more players hate our team. It's hard enough already to find any players who will bite the bullet and play for a racist gm(heard from a player that's the image the players have of him).

So they haven't canceled the protest, you're just suggesting they should? Maybe you should change the thread title then.

So our fans being pro-active and demonstrating their unhappiness would embarass our tesm?..but yet if we sit back and observe and do nothing we're ccrappy fans

Occupy Dolphin HQ's? It will be taken as seriously as the 'real' Occupy movement.

Eventually leading to more jokes about this franchise and its fair weather fans.:lol2:

I suspect that the people that started this whole thing are using the hash tag #phinsprotest and it's only a matter of time before the #WAARF people (who brought you the Fire Ireland banner) get involved.

Like I said all along...it was a radio stunt by the local sports radio station. They do not want their fingerprints on it if it turns uglier.

The New York hosts are just toying with you Fin fans.

seriously? a protest??? I hope people have better things to do with their time. You want to really show your displeasure with the team? Then don't renew or buy season tickets, do not attend games, do not buy any merchandise, etc. You want to really do something proactive? Hit them in the wallet.

If Jeff Ireland is racist, maybe he needs to be a GM in another league. Perhaps the NHL. Just sayin'

the idea is to get all these dopes together in a group and waste em !!!!! The front office is behind this !!!

Don't even waste your time. I think no more fans in the stadium on Sundays will get the point across a lot faster.

whatever you do dont use chalk to write on the pavement. the govt is spending a lot of money cracking down on those heinous crimes.
